Following graduation from the Texas Tech University School of Law, Terence Bajuk made his way to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the Spring of 1995 with a desire to pursue a practice in criminal defense and a passion for constitutional law. Over 25 years later, he has had the fortune to represent clients throughout the Metroplex and the surrounding North Texas counties in areas ranging from Class C municipal violations to felonies and appeals. In addition to his own private practice, Mr. Bajuk also served as Of Counsel to Ross and Matthews, P.C., the local provider firm for Legal Shield, for 18 years. During that time, he provided consultations to Legal Shield members on various matters including criminal law, landlord/tenant issues, and contract or consumer finance disputes.
The son of an Air Force veteran and a nurse, Mr. Bajuk was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he first honed his love for debate and oratory on his high school Speech and Debate team. He is also a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in History and a Minor in Communications.
Mr. Bajuk has two children and resides in the Tarrant County area.
